Santa Fe Restaurant opened its doors for business January 31st, 1985, taking its name from the famed New Mexico cultural mecca.

Now, the restaurant that owner Rick Dumas and his family built has been recognized many times over as the finest example of its cuisine in the region. In addition, Santa Fe has become a friendly and familiar face to the community of Tarrytown.
